Only the most qualified trainers are selected to work as independents at Chaillet’s Private Fitness. All possess extensive and varied expertise to meet your fitness, cardio, endurance, athletic, post rehabilitation, and strength goals.

Your personal trainer will assess your long and short-term goals and create a custom program just for you. You will be coached and motivated through each workout to ensure proper technique, resistance, speed, repetitions, sets, and breathing patterns. You will learn the best exercises to meet your goals and why through a combined program of diet advice, cardio, flexibility, core and balance, and strength exercises.
